Arlington Heights, IL - Richard D. Fulk, 91, of Arlington Heights, IL, formerly of Moweaqua, IL, died December 4, 2025 in Eden Vista Hoffman Estates.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2025 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial, with full military honors, will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua.

Richard was born on October 1, 1934 in Decatur, IL, the son of Verne W. and Mildred M. (Harper) Fulk.

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps before dedicating 30 years to educating and coaching football at Hersey High School. He was a respected member of the Illinois Association of Realtors and an honored inductee of the Eastern Illinois Football Hall of Fame. Richard began his real estate career in the late 1960s and franchised with Century 21 in the early 1970s. He was also a real estate license educator. He was the broker/owner of Century 21 R.D. Fulk & Assoc., Inc. until 2020 with a successful career resulting in many successfully trained and educated Realtors; including his son Tim Fulk.

Surviving are his sons: Rick (Carrie) Fulk of Lake Geneva, WI and Tim (Sylvia) Fulk of Mt. Prospect, IL; daughter, Lori (Chris Perez) Fulk of Oakwood Hills, IL; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Preceding him in death are his parents; and brothers, LeRoy and Robert.
